Started in 1971 by Wayne and Barbara Armstrong, National has grown from a small organization capable of servicing only a local area, to a large scale, high production company with the ability to service four states; Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Innovative and trend setting systems of management implemented early on by our founders, have been improved upon and adapted to today’s ever changing business environment. Our firm was founded on customer service and we have stayed true to our roots throughout our company’s history. Our number one priority is to service our clients. Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, callers will reach an accommodating, courteous individual that can help with their claim. We understand that our clients are busy and realize they want answers to their questions when calling, not 24 hours after leaving a message.
